About Us

Like most parents, when our daughter started feeding herself, we purchased a variety of baby spoons to evaluate and test out. We introduced each one to her, but realized that traditional long-handle spoons were still quite challenging for her at this stage. They didn't work nearly as well as a simple 'chip' that we had already been providing. The triangular shape of the chip was so much easier for her to hold and maneuver. There was less frustration and less to clean up.

We searched everywhere to find a spoon with a similar shape and grip, but found nothing. So... with the help of a friend, an engineer, we designed & manufactured our own flat wide handle spoon! We began making them for our family & friends who saw the same great results.
